Workflow

    Scan

    Capture the tower and surrounding infrastructure using high-resolution UAV imagery, LiDAR and photogrammetry.

    3D Model

    Transform captured data into a detailed 3D digital representation of the telecommunications asset.

    Identify

    Document observable defects including corrosion, cracking, damaged components, mounts and cable-support issues.

    Assess

    Categorise findings by location, component and priority, with engineering review recommended where appropriate.

    Remediate

    Develop a maintenance scope and, where contracted, deploy Le.Monel technicians to perform the required remediation.

    Verify

    Capture post-repair imagery and close-out evidence, with repeat inspections available for ongoing asset-condition monitoring.

Point-cloud and photogrammetry outputs give asset owners a dimensionally accurate record of the tower, mounts, antennas, feeders and compound — reviewable from the desk instead of the climb.

Defect Documentation

Findings located by height and component

Every observable defect is captured with imagery, described plainly and referenced to its position on the structure, so remediation crews know exactly what to carry and where to go.

Le.Monel reports observable, visual defects. Le.Monel does not provide structural engineering certification — suspected structural issues may require assessment by a suitably qualified engineer.
